I am building a halfling fighter lvl 10 in the character builder.  Whenever I equip him with the Arms of War set and then save him the program crashes, and begins crashing on boot up until I manually delete the character.  The Weapon of great opportunity is the +2 version and is a scimitar and the shield is large.  I tried to report this bug using the 'report a bug' link on the builder FAQ page, but the page wouldn't load.  Coincidentally I would like to report a bug, about the report a bug link.
