A "Feyborn" article, a "Mummy" article, etc. It would be super easy to make, and would help show off the potential of each template.

Why not write up a proposal for one of them yourself, if they are popular with the dev team you might be able to do it regularly. I would recommend perhaps some of them be 'new' monsters, shown in both original and templated form. Perhaps a new template could be shown too, then some MM(2) monsters with the template added. And not just adding the template straight on might be a good idea, customize them slightly to make them more original - and then explain what you did, and why.
