where do I have to mention the Concordance value of an artifact I'm wielding?

In the Shop tab, you can right-click and Customize the artifact. Include the concordance in the name or notes.

Actually changing the artifact's concordance effects isn't implemented, AFAIK.

so, no way to see the additional powers of an Artifact?
