Assassin multiclass/killers insight/hidden insight problem...

Hidden insight and killers insight both have a prerequisite that states that a character must have the use of the assassin's shroud power. The assassin multiclass feat grants the use of this power twice per combat. However, for some reason, when you take the assassin multiclass feat the hidden insight and killers insight feats do not show up as legal choices. By the RAW they should be.
