Assassin Power Problem

The LVL 19 Daily Power "Executioner's Blade" is missing the "Hit:" line.  It is not calculating the Attack value or the Damage value because of this.


Also the "Effect:" line in dragon 379 reads "If you invoked your shrouds on the target as part of the attack, the shrouds deal maximum damage to the target."


in the builder it reads "If you invoked your shrouds on the target as part of the attack, a shroud is not subtracted if the attack misses."


I might have misses an errata stating the change in effect, but the "Hit:" line is still missing from this 5[W] power.
