So...

Now that PayPal is finally a viable payment method, I am seriously considering signing up, after a long period of "why the hell should I ever bother" thinking instilled by months of inaccessibility.

Before I finalize the transaction/subscription process, however, I'd just like to confirm something. Search is down again, it seems, so I thought it best to ask directly.

Way back in November, in Digital Insider #16, it was announced that as part of a "short-term policy" change, all "subscriber only" back issues of Dragon and Dungeon would be made available to all subscribers regardless of when they signed up-- meaning that if I subscribed in Month X, I would have download access to all digital issues released before Month X, plus any that come out during the period of my active subscription. It was also noted that once DDI/WoTC launched its "long-term" solution, back issues access would likely disappear.

I have as yet found nothing to indicate that the "short term" solution is not still in force. Is this correct?

Basically, I'd just like confirmation that if I sign up for three months this week, I'll get access Dragon issues #376 (this month's issue), #377, and #378, as well as the ability to download all subscriber-only content from issues #368 (November 2008) to 375 (May 2009).

If this policy is no longer in place, could someone point me in the direction of an official statement of this change?

Thanks in advance!
