Jan 31, 2010 12:28:08 Greetings!

I've been trying to figure out how to look up backgrounds in the compendium, and have been unable to so far.

I see no background category in the first panel of the compendium, and the only way I've been able to see background names at all is in the prerequisites for some of the other abilities.

What am I missing?

Feb 01, 2010 21:12:36 I've gotten a reply from WotC.  Apparently I'm not finding backgrounds in the Compendium because they are not in the Compendium.

I have to ask:

1) What's so special about backgrounds that they are difficult to enter into the Compendium?

The obvious follow-on is:

2) How long until this incredible complexity can be overcome so that we can have backgrounds in the Compendium?

Anyone have any intel?
