Bard Cannot Add/Buy rituals

Apr 26, 2010 21:35:18		Creating a 1st level kalashtar prescient bard for my new campaign I'm joining, however I cannot select any rituals either buying or adding scrolls/books (the buttons won't light up).  This a known issue, or what?
