Bard + Master's Wand of Eldritch Blast

Jul 29, 2009 10:37:09		I don't know if this is a bug or I'm just missing some secret prerequisite. For some reason when I equip my lvl 5 bard with a +1 Master's Wand of Eldritch Blast the CB immediately tells me that the character is houseruled, and when I unequip the wand the CB goes back to telling me the character is legal.
Equipping any of the other +1 Master's Wands results in "legal".
Further checking shows me that all of the Eldritch Blast wands result in "houseruled" while all of the other Master's Wands I try result in "legal".
So is this just a bug?
