Not when wearing Chainmail or light armor (with or without a shield)

Not when weilding any Axe or Hammer.

My Example:
Dwarf lvl 2 Battlerager Fighter
16 Str

Class Skills:
Battlerager Vigor

Feats:
Dwarven Weapon Training
Dwarf Stoneblood

Equipment
Chainmail and heavy shield
Craighammer +1

Damage Calc
Abil +3
Feat (Dwarven weapon training) +2
Magical +1
Battlerager vigor (+2)
Total +8

CB ---> +6
