Better use of the CB?

So is the CB done and done? Will the CB ever have better implementation of Hose Rules and player/DM made content? or is the program going to be this "locked in" to official support? Will there be anyway to make custom items/powers/feats/classes/races? or are these 'in the works' for future adventure tools?
