#1 cellout23 Dec 13, 2008 7:35:37	CB worked fine during closed beta....... Now when i start it the entire window goes black and the only thing i can see is the CB updates window(right hand side). help please !!!
#2 wotc_dm Dec 15, 2008 18:56:36	Please try to uninstall the closed beta, as well as the open beta if you see both installed on yoru system. Then run the setup once the previous software has been un-installed. If you experience the same issue agina, please provide some details about your OS (name, version, SP number, as well as .Net version installed)
