So if there's something cool I might want I can't see it to change my character accordingly. Would it be possible to mark powers, feats, and paragon paths you do meet pre-requisites for in Red Text so you know what you're missing?
The Black-Hearted Knave does not seem to be appearing in the CB. Is this an alignment thing?

At the moment, it is not an alignment issue. At the moment, the issue is that Dragon magazine material skips a month before it gets added to the builder. As a December article, the Black Hearted Knave will not be in the builder until February (in time for Valentine's Day
).However, once it is in the builder, I would not be surprised if you need to fill the prerequisite before you see the option. On the other hand, none of the Themes from the Book of Vile Darkness seem to need the alignment before seeing the option, so Black Hearted Knave may escape the alignment restriction, too. We'll know in February.
