Assuming that you are at the page here, simply click on the "Go To" button, and it will take you to the bonus tool, which work right in your browser.

That is the right page. At the top of the page, when i go to that page, i get the following:

Do you have all of the OS updates done?
How about Java?

You should probably contact WotC CS about this then. There might be a setting oon your browser that needs to be adjusted. Some possibilities off the top of my head:

Redirect removers
NoScript (for Firefox)

As for the image, I took a screenshot, saved it as a jpg and uploaded it to my photobucket account. Then I just used the IMAGE(http://.....jpg) tags to link it and have it display.

Hi, Daladin. I'm sorry to hear you're having problems accessing the Bonus Tools on the website.

Your issue might be caused by an error in your web browser's private data. You can solve it by clearing your cache and cookies. If you're not familiar with the process our Knowledge Base has a helpful article: http://wizards.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/wizards.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=1377

However, if this does not help your issue, the best way to get help for your problems is to use Customer Service to send an email. Log into the help system using your forums log in, and then choose "Email Us", then for topic choose "Roleplaying Games"> "D&D Insider">"D&DI Other"

Give a brief description of the issues you are having, along with any error messages you are getting, as well as your operating system and what browser you are using. They should get back to you within 2 business days.

Hope that helps
