This may sound a bit silly, but when I was a bard in our old 3.5 campaign, I handed out so many bonus', it was hard to keep track of them all. Now, I'm only level 4, but I could see this becoming an issue around paragon. So, my suggestion is, if a card gives a bonus to another character, have the character generator have an option to print up a second card with just the bonus written on it. For example. Viper Strike allows another player to take an OA vs a target if the target shifts. The card could say that, and when the Warlord uses Viper Strike, he hands the bonus card to the benefiting player. Maybe make it a different color. Also, cards like this could be good for the DM. If the creature causes a status effect, he hands a card to the player so they remember, and also remember to make a save.
