however, if you want to charge for lending your books, you'd need to be either a library or have permission from WOTC to do so.

the thing to be careful about is copying stuff out of the books, since you technically have no right to do so.

well, and that clause would be illegal with the laws of most nations. you can use the books for whatever you want, as long as you don't give out stuff from them that violates copyrights. you have bought a book, you are allowed to use it - and unless you're infringing copyrights, this includes commercial use.
