Bracers of the Perfect Shot error

Nov 11, 2008 19:44:33		I have a Cleric with this item readied in the "Arms" slot and it does not add the +2 to damage on the "Basic Attacks" workspace. I can't think of a reason why it would not do this.

Nov 12, 2008 12:58:27 		I noticed the same thing with my Wizard.

The "Bracers of the Perfect Shot" item has the property: "When you hit with a ranged basic attack, you gain a +2 item bonus to the damage roll."

Magic Missile counts as a ranged basic attack, but the +2 item bonus was not added to my Magic Missile damage, either in the Basic Attacks workspace or on the Magic Missile power card.

Nov 12, 2008 13:01:18 		same is true for bracers of mighty striking - the +2 damage is not added to the melee basic attack damage.
