brew potion ritual level 1 or 5

Nov 15, 2008 9:54:34 PHB says level 5 ritual. character builder says level 1. was that changed so folks could put in level characters being the level up didn't go to level 5?

Nov 15, 2008 10:14:09 It was changed in the Errata that came out over the summer. I'm not sure of the reasoning, but thats when the official change came about. The Character Builder should be using the current Errata for the rules.
