i'm a DDI subscriber, and sometimes when clicking on Dungeon or Dragon content, the page recommends I get a paid account. excuse me, i already HAVE a paid account. then when searching for a link to get help, i attempt to search the knowledge base, which generates an error: "A technical error has occurred. Please close your browser and try again." this happens again if I attempt to use the link that says "help".

anyway, any suggestions on getting the content such as this month's "skill challenge" article?
http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/dursc/20090218

or adventure path?
http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/duadp/20090211

i've attempted logging out and logging back in but that doesn't seem to help at all.

i'm using OSX 10.56 and Firefox 3.06 -- a system that works well, otherwise.

PS, Can WotC please make the Character Builder for Mac too?
I fix Windows XP systems all day. when I come home at night, I just want a computer that works :-)

Hi,
Your issue is likely caused by an error in your web browser's private data. You can solve it by clearing your cache and cookies. If you're not familiar with the process our Knowledge Base has a helpful article: http://wizards.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/wizards.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=1377

That usually fixes the "A technical error has occurred. Please close your browser and try again." issue.

Hope that helps.
