[bug] AV2 enchantments can't be placed on masterwork armors

It appears the CB is not allowing the AV2 armor enchantments to be placed on masterwrok armors, specifically Hero's Armor enchantment is not available with Finemail, Braidmail, or anything other than basic Chainmail.  Has anyone else noticed this?

Yes, I have this same problem. If you look carefully at Hero's Armor, and a couple of others, I believe it says "chainmail" instead of "chain," making the builder think that you can only equip it with basic chain. I've reported this, so hopefully it gets fixed.
