Bug: Arkanul Background

Anyway if you take the Arkanul background with a Genasi that already has a relevant Resistance (eg Windsoul) the resistance is not correctly calculated (at least for Windsoul).

Officially bug reports should be filed via the "Report a Bug" link in the bottom-left corner of the builder.

However, the WotC staff are watching these forums pretty closely, and odds are good (not 100%, but still pretty good) that they'll take note your post.

This is correct. Bugs needs to be submitted with the "report a bug" link. Bugs can be discussed on these forums and shared for others to chime in, but the best way to get them solved is to use the "report a bug" link.
