I've got a barbarian in my party and she just leveled up to level 9 and retrained her At-Will power for a better one. (Recuperating Strike, which she never used, to Howling Strike.) Now Howling Strike does 1 [W] + 1d6 + str mod damage but after she retrained that, now suddenly 'every' attack adds an extra 1d6 damage, even Howling Strike, which now shows 1[W] + 1d6 + 1d6 + 5. So either that re-training completely bugged everything or I'm missing something and somehow going from 8 to 9 added 1d6 to 'all' attacks. :/ Anyway here is her character (posting the summery from the CB)

Not the best build but she doesn't give a crap about maximizing dpr, etc (either do I, I play  Feylock MC Rogue hehe, when I get to play.)

Anyway this is her setup and I cannot figure out whats going on. I'm going to attempt to rebuild the character from scratch and see whats up. I already tried selecting a different power in the retraining and to see if that would reset it, but nope. I tried undoing what I did and de-leveling the character in the CB, still no change.

Wait, it's her battlecrazed weapon? She's about do to replace it anyway (though I was just going to upgrade it to +2, maybe I'll have her find another one she likes for now.) I wonder why it didn't bug out until she retrained her at-will though. I hope they fix it soon. My player is gonna be like 'but it 'says' 1d6 on everything!' lol

edit: Your right.. I replaced that battlecrazed and it fixed it. As I said she'll be replacing that blade very soon. Time to have her dive into the books to find something else she'd like. If I know her it'll probably end up being a vicious weapon

The additional +1d6 occurs while the Barbarian is Bloodied.

Battlecrazed Weapon

The weapon seeks blood where it can be found, whether among the enemy or from its wielder.

Level: 4
Price: 840 gp
Weapon: Axe, Heavy Blade
Enhancement: +1 attack rolls and damage rolls
Critical: +1d6 damage
Property: While you are bloodied, you deal +1d6 damage when you hit with this weapon.

Power (Daily): Minor Action. Deal damage to yourself equal to half your level, ignoring any resistances. You are considered bloodied for all purposes (including beneficial effects, such as Dragonborn Fury and this weapon’s property) until the end of your next turn.

It's a bug with all effects that give a situational +1d6.  My fighter friend has a feat or magic item that gives him +1d6 dmg on opportunity attacks, all his powers now say +1d6.

Probably because you've updated since then.  The bug was intruduced last month.  It affects items that says "+XdY while (Condition)"  So instead of 1d6 while bloodied/charging/against insubstantials/whatever, it put it in all the time.
