While I was viewing a character sheet in character builder there was an extra page right after the first page.  I have been unable to remove it.  I even went and unlocked the panels and made them smaller on the first page thinking it was a blank spot that may have spilled over and made CB create a second page.  The blank page has page number, footers and headers and nothing else. Still cannot remove the extra blank page.  Aha! Found a fix...reset to default layout will remove it!
