#1 dorpond May 04, 2011 13:42:06	Of course I could be lacking proficiency with this new CB but I don't seem to be getting an extra power for being human. My character was a Human Bard. Confirmed? So I did what I always end up doing and going back to the original CB. That one works like a champ! FYI: I cannot stand the new CB to the point where I am going to cancel. Sorry Wotc - I hung in there as long as I could but when you no longer support the best CB you have ever had in history, only to replace it with junk, well, that is the last straw.
#2 embracraig May 04, 2011 13:50:04	Check under the race selection - you've probably got the Heroic Effort encounter power selected instead (this seems to be selected by default).  If you tell it to deselect this, you should get the choice of this or an extra at will.
