I was building a Psion|Swordmage hybrid in the character builder, and selected Hybrid Option: Power Points. I selected Memory Hole as my level 1 Psion at-will and Luring Strike as my level 1 Swordmage at-will.  When I arrived at level 3, the builder first asked me to replace a level 1 Psion at-will with a level 3 Psion at-will. I traded Memory Hole for the level 3 power Psychic Anomaly.  After I did that, the builder asked me to select a level 3 Swordmage encounter power. So I could have two level 3 powers at level 3! This is not right, according to the hybrid rules in the Player's Handbook 3. See also this thread for an in-depth discussion of this problem.
