Bug? Leaping Assault not displaying damage string on power card.

17 Shadar-Kai Fighter with Fullblade and trained in Athletics.  The card should read for this character as follows:  Vanguard Fullblade +4: +23 attack, 2d12+17 damage.

Instead the card is acting as if I'm not meeting the requirements of the power.  When I click to customize the card, no weapons are available to choose from.
