A character in my party originally had Bluff and Battle Feint, but she wanted to train to Perception, so she retrained out of Battle Feint and then retrained out of Bluff.

Her character sheet is now marked as 'house ruled', because she doesn't have the prerequisites to take 'Battle Feint'. It's still visible in her power list, though it has a line through it indicating it's been retrained away and the 'house rule' icon next to it.

I was going crazy trying to figure this one out, but happened across a workaround here on the forums.

You might want to let the devs know that the Hybrid class implementation took several nasty steps backward this month.  Here are the items that I noticed:

1) At-will powers are not checked to ensure that you have at least one from each class.  I created a Hybrid Human character with all three at-will powers from the same class.  The workaround is to enforce that restriction on your own.

2) If you multiclass and take the Acolyte Power feat, you are only allowed to swap skill powers for utility powers from your multiclass.  The workaround is to change the power you want to replace to a skill power -- but good luck if you want to replace a 22nd level power.

3) The most serious problem is the one cited above with replacing powers as you go up in level.  By the time you get to epic tier, you can quite easily get into a situation where you cannot get a character who is not marked as houseruled.  In fact, if you attempt to autobuild a 30th level hybrid, odds are that the resulting character will be shown as having houseruled powers, and no amount of fiddling will rid you of the houseruled designation.
