When you reach a level which allows you to lose a lower level power for a current level power (ie at level 13 you can drop your level 1, 3, or 7 encounter power for a level 13 encounter power), if one of those powers has been swapped for another class power using multiclass feats then it will not show up on the list.

For example, my level 13 warden has a level 1 and level 3 warden encounter power but has swapped his level 7 for a barbarian encounter power.  My only options for retraining at level 13 are to lose either my level 1 or level 3 power.

Thanks, keep up the good work!
