yes, it's an old build so this issue may already be fixed.

I have a 1st level Eladrin Wizard with Str 9 and Con 7. The Fortitude Defense is calculated at 8 but should be 9. [base (10) + half level (0) + higher stat mod(-1)].

It seems that it is treating -2 (Con mod) as higher than -1 (Str mod) for the ability mod in the calculation.

ps. I tried using Report a Bug but the browser keeps getting caught in a Right Now redirect loop.
edit: this should probably be moved to Character Builder Technical Issues forum

I was using a friend's copy recently (Mar 2010 update) and the problem with the calculation was still there. Also, I loaded my level 4 Dwarf Cleric and found that my Channel Divinity power Turn Undead was listed Channel Divinity: Turn Undead and it didn't generate a listing on the power cards portion of my character sheet. I de-levelled him to first level and it showed fine, but when I re-levelled him to second it became struck out

also, I attempted to make a level 1 human hybrid character and I could only take the Hybrid Talent feat once. If I took it as the human bonus feat it wasn't available for my level 1 feat and vice versa.

Wizards pushed a fix for the Channel Divinity around mid-March.  The April update is due to come tomorrow, too.

For the calculation issue, have you tried submitting a bug report to wizards.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/wizards.cfg... ?

You can only take that feat once at heroic, and you may take it again as a Hybrid Paragon option.
