Apr 17, 2011 8:21:10		It's wrong. It shows it as having no level, when it should say Paladin Utility 4. The original and compiled article still show it as level 4. I'm sure this has been mentioned before somewhere, just making sure it's gonna be fixed. As you still can't select it in the CB because of this.

Apr 17, 2011 8:26:57 		It's been one of the most commonly questioned errors since its publication on the compendium and CB.  This is definitely not the first time it's been raised.

It needs clarifying one way or the other.
