Campaign Settings: Unselect All/Select All

I'd like an Unselect All option for Campaign Settings.


It's a real PITA to uncheck 30+ items rather than uncheck all and then check the 8 or so options I want.

I could actually go for more fast-select options in general, with the growing lists. And maybe something to help keep hold of races and other options that were in older sources, but considered to be last introduced in newer books.
