I've been trying to set up my first subscription for 3 days now, and the D&DI subscription thing just keeps giving me "Unable to process your order. Please verify your information and try again."

I have tried 11 times now with 3 different cards, and I still get that. The customer support is useless, I've sent in 3 tickets all with the same crap response to read the walkthrough on how to set up a D&DI account. They don't seem to understand that I've done it. ELEVEN TIMES.

I swear it's like Wizards doesn't want my money.

I will send a PM to someone who might be able to help you. Seeing as how it is late at night, it might be only about mid-morning (PST) that you might get contacted.

Hey Dogbert. I've looked into your account and it looks like there was a hiccup processing your order.

Since you've had problems getting this resolved through online contacts, I would suggest calling Digital River directly. To do so, just call the Wizards of the Coast support number which is (800) 324-6496. Once you do that, select option 1 to be transferred to a Digital River representative

Digital River is the company handling the purchasing aspect of the D&DI accounts and they are available for calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They should be able to work with you to get your account straightened out.
