Can anyone subscribe?

Feb 12, 2010 2:51:36 I've been trying to subscribe to D&DI for three days now. Twice customer support hass said its on their end and I should try again in a hour. Everytime I try to renew my subscription I get the error "transaction failed".

Feb 15, 2010 15:09:04 I just subscribed and didn't have any trouble doing it. Got the payment receipt, started updating my Character Builder and everything.

For some reason, though, I can't download any of the Dungeon or Dragon articles or issues from the archives. Those pages still tell me I need to subscribe to download them. Since my account confirms I'm subscribed AND I've no hiccup downloading the Character Builder, I'm a bit stumped.

Is this problem related to Boradin's subscription issues?

Feb 15, 2010 18:19:43 Try logging out of DDI, closing all your browser windows, and the re-loggin back in. That should get you access to the magazines.
