No, Half elves can take feats that require either human or elf as a prereq, but Eladrin is a separate race. You could take human Human Perseverance, or Light Step, but not Eladrin Soldier. |

On the other hand, if your DM would allow you to be half eladrin, as opposed to just elf, then it would be reasonable to allow you to take eladrin feats INSTEAD of elven ones, but not as well. ![]() |
