I recently purchased DDI for three months and I've enjoyed it. I was wondering if there is a way to change the subscription to a year and pay it before the price change?

It's my understanding that, yes, you could buy a year right now, and then you'll get a refund for whatever is left on your 3-month subscription.

I don't recall if that's automated, or if you have to contact customer service, however - so I'd contact them just to be sure.

It's in the help, and you need to be signed up to the help to do it.

here it is. I hope that link works for you.

What if you have already bought a years subscription, and pay for another years subscription? Does that mean you will get two years of service, or will you have just paid double for a single year of service?

You've paid double for one year (or the overlapping 9-10 months). I actually asked Solice about that loophole once.

That's part of why if you were to buy 12 months today (and have 10 months left) you'd get a refund for the 10 months on your account right now.
