#3 St.Paul Feb 23, 2011 20:20:38	There are lots of 3rd party character generators for the D20 system. Back in the day I used a java program (I think the name was chargen but I can't find it)  to build 3.5rd characters.

It has the better character-buildish experience for DnD 3.5 I think, with a decent layout for character sheet.
