| #1rabidsquirrelAug 02, 2009 12:15:19 | I can't download anything right now either. I am logged in to the D&D website, obviously that is how I am posting, but I can not access the updates for Character Builder or Adventure Tools after just resubscribing. Would ReALLY like to know if there is a work around? i have "changed" my password, to the same password it is currently, to try and log in to the tools offered and it does not recognize my log in. |

| #3frishmanAug 02, 2009 12:24:53 | Actually, I'm having the same problem. Checked my Insider subscription status, and it's telling me that I'm Active, but every time I try to look at a Dragon or Dungeon article it's saying that I need to subscribe. I've e-mailed Wizards Support to try and get an answer. |
| #4rabidsquirrelAug 02, 2009 12:29:36 | I can't even email them about the problem, i Get that there system is down for updates and for me to try again later |
| #5WotC_TrevorAug 02, 2009 13:20:31 | Hey all. The power went out in the office for a bit this morning which may explain why some of you might have had experienced some problems logging in to the system. People are looking into the issue, but it looks like we can log in at this point, so if you're still having issues, please let me know. |
| #6thegraymouserAug 02, 2009 13:31:20 | I'm having the same problem. I have an active account and can't seem to download any content for Dragon or Dungeon. I have not tried to update my Character Builder yet though. I cannot email them either. ![]() |
| #7fivegears2Aug 02, 2009 14:41:02 | Adding my name to the list of people having this issue. I can log into D&D Insider, but, it looks like it's not accepting the fact that I'm already subscribed. My account doesn't renew until the 12th, so, there's no apparent billing issue - I was able to access everything last evening. |
| #8ChimericPhaseAug 02, 2009 14:42:44 | I'm having problems. I've logged in but I can't access the compendium or download anything. I had this problem last month and I had to call the cust service number and they fixed it. I was just trying to call when I noticed this thread. If it is a general problem across the board I'll wait... they're probably be bombarded by calls anyway. If I can't log in by this afternoon though I will call tomorrow. |

Not to belabor the obvious, but shouldn't you have those sorts of systems on UPSs? I seem to remember power problems knocking the system offline before as well. |
