Can someone please point me to any word on why my CB update isn't working

Oct 12, 2010 11:12:30 I am politely requesting information or a link to an explination of why my Cb isn't updating with the Update promised by the 12th.

It is Past 9 AM pst which I typically consider the last "open of business" in the US.

Has there been an official notification or is my definition of the Oct. 12th different from Mr. Kidd's. I am not saying that sarcastically, it is quite possible that this industrey sees things differently than my own.

Oct 12, 2010 11:16:23 It takes a few (typically 2 sometimes as much as 6+) of hours from open of business (which is at 9am pst for wizards) for the update servers to be up with the update. The servers are down right now, which means the update is in process.

Oct 12, 2010 11:21:16 It is actually good news that the CB update is not working now due to the servers being down because it means we are receiving an update very soon. Check back in a few hours.

Oct 12, 2010 11:29:01 Thank you both. What I hear you saying is that if Wizards says it will be out one a certain date, then it isn't late till close of business pacific time.

As for the update, as others above have mentioned, theygenerally start the update process at the start of the day (pacific time) and complete it around noonish Pacific. 2-3 hours in total.
