#1 ReasonForTreason Oct 09, 2010 16:30:48	Maybe you can help me with my problem. I'm trying to access the "Email Us" tab on the Customer Service page. I keep getting security warnings that the site is not secure, but I keep clicking ok - still, somehow it's not loading :-( I'm using Mozilla, but I've tried using the Internet Explorer, too. To no avail. Is it possible to send a mail to the guys over there without accessing the message tool? Maybe a direct email adress? Am I doing something wrong or am I not alone with this problem? Thanks in advance!

If you (or anyone else) are still experiencing problems accessing our help site, please post here, and we will get a solution worked out. I am closing this thread so we can make sure that further requests for help with this end up in the right place, which allows us to resolve issues of this nature much faster.
