For the past few days I have not been able to access the DDI content on a regular basis.

I login, I get a green bar near the upper right hand corner of the screen that says I am logged in, but I can't access any articles. Once in a while It does, but all day today I have been denied. Could this have to do with my recent update to another full year subscription to DDI, because I don't recall this ever happening before.

I hope you get this fixed soon, I have a game to DM Sunday.

Same with me. And it's happened multiple times. This is very, very frustrating, and something needs to be done about it right now.

A sudden inability to access D&D Insider content might be related to an error in the private data stored in your web browser. Often, clearing this data (so the the site can reset it) also clears up access problems.

If you're not familiar with clearing private data, this article in our Knowledge Base offers help: http://wizards.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/wizards.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=1377

If clearing your private data does not help, please contact Customer Support for technical assistance: http://www.wizards.com/customerservice after clicking the link, click the "Email us" tab up at the top.

Having the same problem, clearing cookies didn't help. Sent in an email.

Same Error as OP and the above respondees.
As if to keep things awkward, however, Clicking 'Email Us' gives me the following;
"A technical error has occurred. Please close your browser and try again."
So I don't even seem to be able to send an email about the issue...

I've got the same problem as the OP and the previous poster since saturday. "A technical error has occurred. Please close your browser and try again." is the only answer I received when I try to submit this error...

I can't download any of the pdf magazine material either. I've sent an email. The whole thing is very frustrating, as I just subscribed yesterday, so I've had no chance to review any Dungeon adventures or Dragon articles at all.

Tried Deleting the 'Personal Information', (cookies, etc) as described, but it did nothing. Given that I have the exact same problem on both Firefox AND Explorer, this should be no real surprise though.

Still can't get the email working either.

Now it's gotten even more absurd. I got an email that deals with my problem, supposedly. There's a link in the email that I'm supposed to follow. Too bad the link leads me to the accounts management system, which is being updated and is therefore unavailable. I got the same message from the link yesterday and today, and the same problem with accessing the magazine content continues (again, no matter what computer I use). Won't this turn into a serious issue if it continues for even a little bit longer, since a new month's content is about to be released? I don't know exactly when the releases come out, since I'm new to Insider, but that would seem like a critical situation.

Ok, a weird exception just occurred. I was able to download Fool's Grove; but then it wouldn't let me do anymore pdf material. I can still view the columns, but nothing in pdf (in the 'by-subscription-only' section... the other day, when the problem first started for me, I was able to download the free magazine pdfs).

I've had similar problems with .pdf's at my home, using Hughesnet satellite internet, but no issues with other ISP's. I've been having the issue since DDI went pay to use. What I end up having to do to get magazine content is right click on the "See it now" tab, or the "if you don't see it" link, and save as. That allows me to see all the content, and was the only fix I was able to get working the the CS team for about 6 weeks. It is a crummy work-around, but I get all the content I pay for.

Good Luck,
Tom Jackson

I'm not sure exactly which links you're referring to, but I tried "Save Target As" on the "If download doesn't start, click this link" message, and all it did was try to save the html page. I've gone that route before, and got nowhere. This is really frustrating (though I seriously appreciate users here trying to make suggestions).

UPDATE: No sooner did I type those words than I tried one more thing that had been suggested. I removed all the add-ons from IE. Then I opened up the link on my computer for 64 bit IE (that might be irrelevant... I'm not good with computers). The downloads finally worked for me.

I can access DDi content, however, the Compendium has ceased to respond to any queries.

Kerrus, I just tested it an the Compendium is working fine for me.

You might want to give ORC Kirin's suggestions a shot

I too am having trouble (read it has become impossible) accessing Dragon magazine content as well as other subscription items on the D&D site. I have screenshots of the site telling me I need to log in when the widget in the top-right clearly indicates that I am logged in.
I can't even access the compendium either; every time I try to log in it redirects me to the log in page.

I have cleared my cache and cookies as advised, in multiple browsers, and have been unable to access the site from anywhere.
