I can't buy a subscription from the subscribe website.
It looks like a java error. When I click on any of the 3 plans, nothing happens. Also, clicking on the box you have to check about having read and understood the ToS does nothing.
I've had the same problems on multiple different browsers, on two different computers and an iphone.
Anyone else having this problem? HELP!
You are not the only one. I ran into this same issue. Though I have only tried it on two browsers. I have sent an email to WotC CustServe and I hope they address the error with some celerity, but I;m not holding my breath.
I must say, it doesn't really make WotC look very good, running into such a stupid error so early in my attempts to spend my money on them.
I have been having some issues with trying to upgrade for the last couple days (with the cancel your subscription part of the upgrade, kept timing out), but the pages just worked for me, and I got the confirmaiton e-mails.
I am using firefox on a kde envinronment (one of the lab PCs at my university).
For a while last night, there was an error with the EULA page, which prevented people from purchasing a subscription. It was fixed a short time later. It appears that th posters above who tried (and failed) to subscribe, did so during the time in which the error existed.
If you try again now, it should go through no problem.
The issue is not resolved. When I attempt to renew my subscription, it simply jumps back to the confirm order screen without ever completing. No error messages, no missing information, it just refuses to allow the transaction to complete.
