Can't get certain Compendium links to work

Can we get a sign in spot on the compendium?

If I haven't signed on before starting the compendium, I'm just directed to subscribing (luckily at the very top of that I can sign in, then go back to compendium). It would be much easier, and more obvious if it was possible to sign in from the compendium.

opening the compendium from a signed in browser window and it opens in a clear (not signed in) window.

This login crap has got to get fixed. Its ridiculous.
