I haven't been able to "sign up" for DDI as it, at the end stage, tells me info is incorrect?
I did enter the wrong exp. date in the 1st time round but have reset it/logged out ect and tried many times since then... any ideas?
I am in New Zealand, so is there something I am missing maybe? It is also my partners Credit Card (my log in, then her info in the payment fields, so ??)
I have gone through it with the bank/CC company and looked at all the "how to... "/FAQs obviously.
(Any helpful links would still all good though thanks)

No mater what I try or how many times I get the old "field is wrong" line.....
Cheers from the land of the long white hobbits....

If you are having issues with subscriptions, check with Customer Service Here: http://wizards.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/wizards.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php%3Fp_faqid%3D1444

You can also check out the stickied threads for subscription support in the D&DI General forum here: http://forums.gleemax.com/showthread.php?t=1101115

You can try clicking here to get to the Knowledge Base entry. If that doesn't work, you can try simply logging into the help site (www.wizards.com/customerservice) and doing a search for "1444" (the answer ID).
