can't get plate armor feat

Jul 30, 2009 3:40:57 Tiefling fighter with 17 STR and 15 CON; wants plate armor proficiency and it won't even show up on the list. WTF?

Jul 30, 2009 9:55:20 Shows up fine with me when I go down to the Armor Proficiency list and opens it up to reveal the Feat choices.

Aug 01, 2009 16:35:16 You also have to choose the feat for a level where you had the prerequisites. If you didn't have 15 CON until level 4, then you can't take the feat for Level 1 or 2, you must take it as your level 4 (or later) feat.
