| #1zephsrightJun 20, 2010 22:17:44 | Trying to get the additional +1 to attack from my accurate rod I just bought but can't figure out how to get it apply. I took the proper feat, but when I equip the accurate rod, it gives me the same attack bonus as a regular +1 Magic Rod. My DM told me that the superior implement feat attack bonus stacks on top of whatever attack bonus you get from your magic implement. How do I get the character builder to reflect that on my character sheet? |

My sword and board paladin is unable to gain the benefit of superior implement focus due to the lack of a free hand in which to hold his implement. Taking the feat is useless to me. |

The whole point of the feat is that it's supposed to give you an additional +1 to attack on top of what you get without it....but no matter where or how I equip it I get nothing more than what I would get with a regular +1 magic rod. |

When you select one of your powers in the character builder, does the top of its power card on the right side of the screen read "Your stats using Accurate rod"? |
| #5zephsrightJun 21, 2010 13:36:17 | It does...but it is the exact same as if I were using my normal Rod of Divinity +1. If I have my Rod of Diviinity Equipped it reads (using Sun Strike as an example): You stats using Rod of Divinity +1 +9 attack bonus 1d8+4 Radiant Damage Breakdown of your attack bonus: +4 Wisdom modifier +3 half your level +1 Feat bonus - Implement Expertise (Rod) +1 Superior Implement bonus - Accurate Rod If I have the Accurate Rod equipped it reads: Your stats using Accurate Rod +9 attack bonus 1d8+4 Radiant Damage Breakdown of your attack bonus: +4 Wisdom modifier +3 half your level +1 Enhancement Bonus +1 Feat bonus - Implement Expertise (Rod) See the stats are the same, if coming from different sources. I guess the crux of it is, I want to transfer the enchantment of the rod of divinity to the accurate rod so I get both the enhancement bonus AND the feat bonus for superior implements in one rod. That's what I'm trying to get the character builder to reflect and can't seem to figure out. |
