Can't get the character builder to start

Hi. I have problems with the character builder. I can't get it to load properly - it just gets to the loading screen with the turning hourglass and stays there.

I have been in contact with the customer service, and they told me to try uninstall and reinstall silverlight, but it hasn't worked.
All the other tools, including the monster builder, works fine.

I'm using a MacBook Pro, and wonders if there can be a problem with that? I don't have any problems getting the character builder to work on my broken and several years old pc.

Try emptying your cache, closing all browser windows, restarting your computer then re-running it. Make sure you have the most recent version of your OS, browser, and Silverlight. If this doesn't work call CS ask for a supervisor 3 times, then complain loudly until they fix the bug...

Is this a common or a rare problem? Does most people get the builder to work?

Its relatively common, but not universal or even the majority. A call will make more impact than an email...
