#1 wildefox Mar 16, 2012 11:42:40	I can load the monster builder just fine and cycle through all the tabs and etc, but whenever I go to type in any field there is no response. Anyone have any ideas what's wrong? I need to make monsters for Sunday.
#2 gtfiorentino Mar 17, 2012 7:25:03	What OS and browser are you using?  I have been having this same problem on my Macbook with Google Chrome for about a week now, but I tried to use it on a Windows Vista computer yesterday and it worked fine.  I also tried it with Safari on my Macbook, and that worked too, so I'm guessing there's something up with the plug-in for Google Chrome on Macs.
#3 Alphastream Apr 09, 2012 13:42:37	As I wrote on a previous post, you will want to open a support ticket. Also, one thing you might try is isolating the issue. The more info you provide, the better the chance they can help you quickly. For example: Does this problem happen on your computer if a friend logs in with their DDI account? If yes, then the problem is local to your computer. If no, it may be account based - something fixed by adjusting your account. Does the problem happen if you use a different computer with your account? If yes, the problem is more likely widespread or account based. If no, then the problem is likely something around the installation or system particulars. Does the problem happen after you clean out all your cookies and/or if you use a web browser you have never used before? If it doesn't it could be due to how the one web browser is remembering your Monster Builder. This has happened in the past. Different browsers have different ways of removing all the cookies for a specific site.
