#1 twesterm Mar 07, 2011 0:24:47	Whenever I try to log into the online character building, I get the following error: Your session has time out.  Do you want to log in again? I can press OK or cancel and either way, I can't seem to log in.  If I press OK, it thinks for a moment and then gives me that message again.  If I press Cancel, it closes the window and I get the same error when I try again. I had this problem last week but it eventually worked after trying for a long time but I can't seem to get in tonight.  Anyone know how to get around this without messing around for 30 minutes? I'm using Firefox 3 and I have noScript and adBlock but I said allow all scripts and still haven't had any luck.
#2 mrpauljathome Mar 08, 2011 21:51:09	I'm having exactly the same problem. Anybody have any suggestions for work arounds (rebooting the box and clearing my cache was ineffective)
#3 St.Paul Mar 09, 2011 1:03:09	This happens to me sometimes after I dabble during long periods of time with the CB. Being an session and authentication thingie... have you tried: 1-Try another OS. If you're using say... FF then try on IE. --->If the other browser runs the character builder just fine, then the prob is in your main browser. --->If the problem persists, maybe it is a Silverlight issue? Either way, depending on the results: -If the problem is the browser, clean the cache of the browser. Also, clean temporary files if applicable. -If the problem is Silverlight, try updating or reinstalling it.
