Can't log into compendium - Downloaded from the Wizards Community, all coding removed by Solauren

Can't log into compendium

Mar 18, 2011 21:04:57 I can log into the forums fine. I can log into the D&Di authentication from wizards site just fine, but after returning a search in the compendium and I click it, it asks me to authenticate, and it doesn't allow access. Anyone know what I can do to fix this?

Mar 18, 2011 21:16:07 maybe clear your cache and try again, it could also be that if you've recently subscribed it might need a little while to go through the system fully.

If the account you posted this question with is also the account you are trying to access the compendium on it is not showing that you are a DDi member.

Mar 19, 2011 14:34:47 Thanks, didn't even realize it didn't have this account marked at a D&Di account anymore. I called Wizard and they fixed it for me.
