can't log into insider with firefox

Jul 08, 2008 18:44:03 Title says it all, I can no longer sing into the main d&d site with insider with firefox, but it works fine with IE still...

Jul 08, 2008 19:02:53 Some people have appeared to indicate FireFox 3.0 was not interfacing well with some sites.
You might consider reversion to 2.X to see what occurs.

If not using 3.0 you need to go to bug section of the Boards.

Which alas the site is too often.

It was at best on my part a guess as to work around in the event the new version did not mesh well with existing (and I suspect most believe, flawed) site.

If you have a redirect remover extension installed in FF, it will cause problems with the sign-in page.

I tried disabling adblock and it still gives me the same error message when I try to log on.

Jul 09, 2008 9:43:35 I would go to the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page and fill out a ticket. They will be able to give you more help.

Keep in mind that the login ID and PW for the Contact us page is *different* from your forum login. If you have never filled out a ticket there before, you will have to register for it.
